Hello, I live in TN and the only police cars I would like to use are the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Would it be possible for someone to make a complete Tennessee Highway Patrol?

Bump! I would really love for someone to be able to make these. I have no clue how to even start or I would try to do it myself. Out of all the police cars, these are my favorite.
