You'd be better off Googling all this and doing the research yourself.  None of what you're asking about is GTA specific, so read the Wikipedia and other media you find on it.

i googled it didnt find what i was looking for came here since i figured some people with actual first hand knowledge would be around to help me

Ladder, or truck, usually refers to the ladder truck -  TILLER or aerial.

Engine is the standard firetruck.

Squad generally is Rescue.

Battalion is Fire Chief.
