Trainer & ELS not working

Hey everyone, please someone help. I have been playing it for a while and all of a sudden ELS cars back to normal(meaning sirens and lights on/off on E not J). Also my trainer isnt working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing is working. I dont have any idea why all of a sudden this happened. I have everything up to date.
