Why aren't any of Albo's mods working?

Everything was working a few days ago...

I have the latest version of albo's common and mods....

 

Please HELP

 

I tried updating the mods multiple times, as well as the common file.

How did you fix it? I have a problem with albo's policesmart radio where for some fuck all reason it isnt detecting anything else. Also the rest of his mods that i have installed are acting a bit dodgy...
