The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

For some odd reason out of the blue when I activate my ELS lights at night the spotlight not only turns on, but flickers with  it. I read a post that said it could've been caused by Visual V, so I uninstalled that and it still continues. I also thought it was the vehicles I was using, but after I installed a pack  I had previously used that I know for sure it wasn't doing before and now it does it to those vehicles as well. Before I do a complete reinstall can anyone help with this problem?
