RageHook Not Loading

Hi could anyone help I downloaded everything and installed it all and it worked perfectly now when I click on rage hook it start the loading screen then loads Gta v but when I load into Gta the rage console isn't there but the police station icons are ?? Help Please ?

Did this start happening after the windows creator update?

If so, go to windows settings and go to gaming.

There turn off and un-check everything.

Go to DVR under gaming and do the same.

I did that but same thing happened. I tried loading rage after i loaded GTA an it crashed. Here is the begging of the crash report

Hey! 

 

To fix this problem you must go to "Game Setting" (when you launch the game with RPH click on the thing to the left of the red cross) and after check case "DirectX 11" and "Force Windowed Mode" . 

 

Save and launch the game! :)
