The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Good evening!

Just scoping out whether a SHERIFF variation of my West Buechel /Los Santos Police Department skin would be of interest for the community :)

I'm thinking Los Santos Sheriff's Department and Blaine County Sheriff's Office skins with a dark gray/black two tone look? Perhaps a solid color with the appropriate decals differentiating between the agencies.
