The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have installed LSPDFR before and all was working well. Now I have had to re-install it and everything works except for being able to check Peds ID. When requesting ID, the Ped will do nothing. Even when I have someone in custody and try to check the ID with dispatch, dispatch doesn't respond. Not sure what all files I need to attach, but any help would be appreciated
