So when i try to iinstall a car model for example. It says to go Mods/Update/Update.rpf etc. I cant find a "mods" folder. I know there is one you can create through OpenIV but it doesnt have anything in it and my models never load.   For example to install a car the read me says "go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf"   But i dont have a mods folder so i just go from the main directory to the updates folder and i think im doing it wrong. Any help would be appreciated
