Hello, 

      So i recently got back into GTA 5, by getting back into GTA 5 i mean attempting to make it work again.  After GTA updated i added the new ragehook as well. Since i did this, i get to the loading screen saying "Loading story with RAGE hook plugin" in the bottom left. Then it will be there forever, never loads. I gave it 30 minutes at one point. Whats happening, is anyone else having this issue?

Go into OpenIV and make sure that OpenIV's mod packs are all installed & up to date. The mod packages like OpenIV.asi and there are two others but I can't remember off the top of my head.

How do i update these?

I unloaded both the ASI Loader and the OpenIV.ASI. And the game launched. But all my models are gone and I need these.

Yeah you need all 3. I'm saying make sure they are installed and up to date. When you click install again, they will be on their latest version.

I took out the mod folder with a couple of custom vehicles. And it worked, with all 3 of those still installed to the latest version. So it's something in my mods folder. I made a new mod folder and I'm starting from scratch. Hoping that works. 

I ended up fixing it. I took out my mods folder and created a new one. I then took each DLC pack from the old mod pack, and placed it into the new one, one by one. And it works perfectly fine now.
