The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Ok, so. I was wondering if there was a way to play GTA Online without deleting LSPD:FR And ragehook, as it took me a significant bit of time to download them. Is there a way to just deactivate ragehook?

You can launch GTA V without RPH and it'll allow you to play online. Please be very aware though, there is no guarantee Rockstar's anti-cheat system won't ban you as it might still detect the files in your game folder and flag you anyway.

 

And for the record, there's no : in LSPDFR. Never has been either. No idea why everyone keeps writing it like that.
