im just wondering why my game after a while it will stutter in some places...turned my graphics down re-installed it 2 times, everythings up to date, its just weird could try turning video memory up? its weird how it just stutters after a while out of nowhere after running fine for abit

no buddy could just be fps drops in city etc...and do u know how i can remove british cars from open iv that i dont want man?

Well, I hope you have the mods folder in open iv. If so, you just have to replace the police car files. e.g. police2 with the vanilla files from the ''normal folder''.

where do i find the normal police cars? beacuse wanna get rid of the british one and how do i remove the british uniforms

You want the default cars and default uniforms, don't you? Do you know where you can find the patchday's. (e.g. patchday13)

ive re-installed all the game, n its saying gta game servers are unavalible, n to try again later, also i wanna delete open iv but it wont let me cuz of admitrator  rights or something but i am the admin its weird....
