whats this mean guys where do u get the new version from?

Update your GTA to the latest version. v1032.1

 i have any idea why it says loading story mode with RAGE HOOK PLUGIN At bottom right instead of middle of screen again like it used too?

Have a look at the setting of RHP. See if you have LSPD:FR ticked to load when the game first starts.

yeah i did im getting someone telled me to do a few things n then try it so done that n gunna try it later when i get  home :) if not i gotta messsage him back
