The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Open the Ragehook console (F4 or wherever you've configured it to) and type:

 

Reloadall plugins

 

After that, go on duty like normal and if you have done everything correctly, your plugins should load.
