Hello. I am having a problem where I catch someone speeding with the radar and when I get behind that person to try to pull them over, they stop and I press number 1 on the numberpad so my guy says to pull over and they don't do anything. If I attempt to get out of my car, they just drive away. Any ideas? I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER MODS INSTALLED

You need to hit the shift key to pull someone over. The numbers keys only do random speech such as pull over....

Shift is to pull over the AIs but when you get out of the car don't press shift to sprint

You can press shift to sprint, only exit your vehicle when you have been prompted to. (Parked & fully stopped behind suspect) and then exit your car, and you can press shift without it canceling traffic stop.
