The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I know about Realism Dispatch Enhanced, but I'm not sure if it does this or not. Basically, I'm wondering if there's a mod to replace the seals on the sheriff buildings and billboards and such in Blaine County with those of the BCSD.
