I am currently reloading GTA V so I can play LSPDFR.  I loaded the new RageHook and LSPDFR, and they played fine.  I then Loaded in Smart Radio, LSPDFR+, Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer.  They all loaded up and seem to be working, but I noticed something weird.  When I was testing out the game, I went on duty, drove the the police car around a little bit, and then decided to shoot at some peds.  I then noticed I was getting stars and the police showed up, just running around not shooting at me, but then one bumped into me and proceeded to shoot me until I died.  I respawned and tried the same thing again.  I get stars for shooting anyone, and when the police show up, and when one bumps into me they shoot at me until I die. 

 

Is this a bug or how the game is played now?

I had it do that to me once before a long time ago so I believe it's just a rare glitch with lspdfr. When it did it to me, I just used a trainer to disable the wanted level but I haven't had the problem again. Then again, I don't really go around shooting people so I don't know lol.
