I would like to add 11Joh11's LSPD Esperanto, Willard, and Marbelle WITHOUT REPLACING another police vehicle.

 

I already have a mod folder setup with RDE, and I get the basic premise of adding the vehicles 3d model and texture, but I forget where, and have no clue what to do with the handling and carcols and all those .meta and .xml things.
