whats some good apps to modify peds i wanna make a park ranger and women police officers wear this duty belt with their uniform

 

 

Autodesk 3ds max and zmodeler3

any other ones where i don't have to pay or would autodesk 3ds max be free

yes autodesk 3ds max would be for free you just need to download the student one:http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max

Zmodeler (newest version is required though) 4.5$ a month i think

for some reason if won't let me sign in i made account on there before it keeps on giving me a error page
