No problem!

By the way, the lights dosent work did i need any program to work the lights on the Police cars i download from here? If i need can you please tell me what program is need it and where can i get?

Thanck you one more time, you have been very helpful!

I think you might have downloaded an ELS enabled car, you need ELS for the lights to work, you can get it from gtapolicemods.com and it might be under Luxart's tab in GTA IV modifications.

Once you've installed the ELS lights, your going to have to press F3 and a menu will pop up. Go to options, then click on "Disable Keys" (it will be one of the last options). Once you have disabled the keys, the ELS lights will work. You'll have to disable the keys everytime you start playing. Hope this helped.
