the mod works great but one bug issue when I leave the scene and come back to it later there are still abandoned police cars everywhere is there a way to fix this bug?

that's normal LSPDFR man.

I also had custom backup plugin was spawning automatic backups an they would come an abandon yet more cars at scene.

use command console F4 'cleanworld' May Help, or just a cleanup.

But check all your plugins settings related to backup in its ini file, you can somewhat mitigate this-
