The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Press F3 to bring up Trainer V (extract to main game folder)

 

Make sure num lock is on (on your keyboard).

 

Then, press NumPad 2 until "Vehicle Options" is highlighted.

 

After that, press the NumPad 5 key once. 

 

Next, press NumPad 2 until "Vehicle Components Menu" is highlighted. 

 

Press the NumPad 5 key once. 

 

Use NumPad 4 and 6 to switch between extras / vehicle components, and NumPad 5 to add or remove it.
