Hello! I have GTA V with LSPDFR, and I am having some issues with getting any trainer to work, or the mods folder to correctly change the vehicles. I will give as much information as possible, and if you are unsure what the issue might be or any fixes, please tag someone you know that could help. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to these problems. 

 

Trainer:

   I used to use the basic trainer without any other mods as seen here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v. But I removed it completely when installing GTA V fresh. I installed LSPD:FR first, with els, and then some addons including Traffic Enforcer, Smart Radio, and LSPDFR+. I have more addons but thats all I can name off the top of my head.
When installing LSPD:FR, I had to install the newest version of rage plug in hook directly from the rage hook website because apparently the rage version that comes with LSPD:FR is out dated.

 

      I can get GTA V to load with rage plug in hook and LSPD:FR to load and work correctly with all the plugin addons. BUT! When installing any trainer, including the one I named before (See link at beginning of this section), https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav, http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8856-works-with-03-trainerv/, but I cannot get them to work. I hit the hot keys and they do nothing. When installing the two GTA5 Mods trainers, I install them into the main root folder for gta like instructed, with the scripthook files included with each trainer. When I install either one of those trainers and start up the game I get a critical scripthook error seen below. As long as I delete the file dinput8.dll that comes with both trainers (as seen below), the game wont have that error, and will start up. But when it starts up the trainer doesnt work. Fix?

 

Vehicles:

I have tried many different vehicle models, but I can't get any of them to work. A lot of the times the vehicle packs say add the vehicle files to patchdate3ng, or 9ng, but I cant find Police1 in any patchdate vehicle files. I have tried police2, police 3, sheriff, and fbi I cant get them to work in game. I checked and I am in editing mode in OpenIV, and I will double click the vehicle file in OpenIV once I install it to make sure its there and the textures are working. I am using a copy of the vehicles in my mods folder which I believe I set up correctly. When I start up the game everything is fine, but the vehicles are still the same default ones. I do believe there is an issue with the OpenIV asi loader that it tells me I need to download when editing files. If I download and install all OpenIV's recommended files, it gives me the same error. When ever I install a Trainer or OpenIV's recommended asi loader I end up with that same dinput8.dll file and it completely fucks with my game and causes these issues. Fix?

 

Extra:

   The Downtown Police station locker room and other rooms are locked for me. Im running what I think is the most updated lspdfr. Any fix for that too?

I also use steam version of GTA V and its downloaded on WD Passport External Hard Drive. Redownloading the game takes 2 days straight of downloading at my internet speed so I would like to not have to redownload the game as possible but not guaranteed fix.

 

The screenshot there shows ScripthookV is outdated.
Put your cars into the latest patchday, regardless of whether they are there or not.

The script hook itself isnt out dated. I've triple checked and I have the latest patch for script hook and the latest patch for GTA V. Also, I have added the vehicles to the latest patch and still no luck with the vehicles to work. I install the script hook completely and get the error, the only way I get the game to work is if I remove the dinput8 file. Is the latest script hook version not compatible with the latest GTA V version? If its not compatible is there a link I can download a older version of the game so I can get it to work?
