I've recently reinstalled my GTAV game(steam). I started removing mod files and add-on folders and all LSPDFR content to do a clean slate install. There is one folder that has content inside that I can not touch. The Game will not read, and the LSPDFR031 installer cannot overwrite. I've done everything I know to do to try to either remove the files or overwrite them, even tried changing the permission rights. It doesn't allow me to do anything to these files. Any help would be much appreciated as I'm really wanting to get back into playing LSPDFR. Thanks ahead of time.
