I buy my GTA IV on the STEAM, i make the update to version 1.0.7.0, i trei it to instal the LCPDFR, and the file never make the instalation.

Any ideia what can be?

So, the thing was probably, i dind have thenet frames update, and the c++10 too, is what i thinck.

I buy the game from the STEAM online, evry thing i make have to be by manual, to update the GTA IV, to put the fild´s on the folders. Nothing whas make automaticly.

I have to select where whas the GTA IV fild base, it whas on Program and files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/GTA IV.

Evry time i try to unpack the LCPDFR 0,95 RC2, it never unpack, after i update my net frames, and the C++10, the program unpack normaly, and i make the selection of the folder and it run normaly.

Now is play normal on GTA IV!

But still i can find any paste whit the name veicules, to put some veicules inside!

If any one now where i can find it, or explain more detail who can i put some veicules on the LCPDFR, i will apreciate, the veicules i what is the police!
