The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I recently updated my lspdfr and now I cant't find the config file. Its bugging me because I need it to remove the white dots appear on the mini-map.
How do I find the config file to remove the dots, or is there any other way of fixing it?

The "White Dots" are most likely from the Traffic Policer plugin. The .ini (config) for that is located in GTAV/Plugins/lspdfr.
