Lights and Siren will not turn on

Hey all this should be simple for you all, but I just re installed everything after my game would not work. It does but now J does not turn on the lights. I downloaded ELS and that does not work either. Im just so tired and fed up after the last issue took forever. Can yall help?  I have search thread after thread and found nothing.

press"j" a few times i have to do so ..that turns on the lights u switch between different modes

 

when u press ctrl + p the els system comes up bottom right ?

I have but it just gives me nothing. G wont turn on siren, R wont do the horn blip. Its like i dont have any lights or siren. Something must be screwed up I just dont know where.

im struggelin too..now i start again i installed els new ..it must have something to do with the cars i installed with open iv and the els files that are with the car pack ..i must do something wrong...damn i wish there was just a simple installer who installs my cars with els from alone without to open that damn open iv

Okay so I downloaded ELS, put some cars in that worked with ELS, then deleted my mods folder  again to have the normal police cars in the game and it seemed to fix the problem. They are J key now
