I've seen bunch of videos about how people downloading packs and stuff...
But, how do I change just sherffs uniform? 

I dont want to change all the uniforms in the game. I just want to change sherffs uniform and hats and such.

    all the skin i downloaded did not come with any instructions and all the videos seems to be installing some EUP...

    what is EUP exactly?
