It wont start when I want to play the game, if you refer to the link below you can check out the error I get. I have tried multiple things, re-installing it, re-booting my PC and running it as an admin. However I still have nothing, please help, anyone?

GTA just got updated a few days ago so some mods need to be updated before they will work, do you have any plugins installed?

 

I re-installed GTA V two nights ago. I literally only have LCPDFR installed. 

Could it be because I have Script Hook V in my download folder?

You mean lspdfr right, and you do have GTA v1032 installed? If so it should work script hook v isn't updated yet so that may be why but I'm pretty sure you don't need that if you don't have any plugins. 

It works now, what plugins can I use? As I know I can use some.

Well for me right now I have mostly callout type plugins that are working. ELS, simple trainer and other vehicle mods aren't , so I guess anything not vehicle related. I have LPCallouts and Code Red Callouts working to name a couple.

Anyhting that uses scripthook can't be used

Sorry to be a pain, but is there any type of radio I can use? Like ALBO but ofc not albo.

No available mods yet by ALBO work without Script Hook, your can browse the GTA5 mods website (https://www.gta5-mods.com) and see if there is any other mods/plugins you enjoy for the time being that don't require Hook.

All his plugins work with out scripthook, else we wouldnt be getting block box of death to tell us they are outta date...i have his seatbelt chime running with out scripthook....scripthook seems to only affect ASI's like BVA.asi and ELS.asi.
