The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So gta v recently updated and most of the addons and plugins to lspdfr do not work. I am guessing we just have to wait until the mods are updated to be compatible to the version of gta? Is that how it works?

I understand that part, but the other mods and plugins are saying that they aren't compatible with the current version of gta. Is that a problem everyone is having or just me?

You have to wait for updates on some mods yes. Especially ablo1125 mods and scripthook and all that good stuff.
