LCPDFR wont let me launch gta

I recently got gta 4 as it has more mods then gta 5 i had an issue with the cd key but it was later fixed by rockstar themselves. Now when i dont have lcpdfr installed it works but if i do it wont even launch

Have you downgraded your game to 1.0.7.0? If you haven't you need to because scripthook does not support it, causing the game to not even launch.
