The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have bought GTAv and after doing all the prompts to load lspdfr it say not supported by ragehook. Does anyone out there know if I someone out there will create files on thumbdrive for game and mods so I can plug into computer and install or load and play. I am a disabled veteran and not too tech savy
