The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm sure you get these a lot, but in this instance, I can't find anything on it. I go to download the manual installer for LSPDFR and I to the repactha (I think that's how you spell it) and it doesnt do anything. I have disabled add blocker and it still says it detects it

 

you have a strange add blocker....mines active and i can use captacha try clearing your cookies and cache
