Hello. I am having a problem where I catch someone speeding with the radar and when I get behind that person to try to pull them over, they stop and I press number 1 on the numberpad so my guy says to pull over and they don't do anything. If I attempt to get out of my car, they just drive away. Any ideas?

We cannot provide support for installations where other mods are installed, uninstall any mods you may have installed and try again, we can't help you if it's working on a fresh install.
