Changing Ped Details?

I want to create a callout where the driver of the vehicle is highly wanted, but I don't know how to change the ped name, warrant status, etc.

Can someone help me with this? Please and thank you.

To set the ped as wanted, use Functions.SetPersonaForPed to set LSPDFR computer persona for the ped. This allows you to set the ped as wanted amongst other things.
