The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Basically I dowloaded the Blue SAHP Officer Mod (Link Below)  and after doing so the campaign hat only can be used while riding the motorcycle.  I'm guessing that the hat is broken or something.  Anyone know how to return the motorcycle helmet?
