I have this problem with Visual V, Make Visuals Great Again, And the Spotlight and Corona mod. The only difference is it only affects reds during the day. At night, everything is beautiful. It's frustrating but it is still better than the stock lighting.

    Upclose the lights are showing yellow instead of red and blue but from far my lights are red and blue I've turned up post  fx and everything they are bright enough jus not the correct color
