SO I re did all my mods with the new update. Installed Ragehook and RDE. Now when i install LSPDFR the game crashes after loading Game population. But if i uninstall LSPDFR it will load.

I've experienced this as well

 

Sometimes it can be caused by vehicle.meta files that were not edited perfectly

 

They can also be caused by files under the 'mods' folder such as update.rpf

 

I would try to remember the last changes that you made to your game, and try to copy them over form your backup of GTA V or LSPDFR

 

Before, I tried to edit my vehicle meta and handling files this is when I would experience crashing right when it said "Loading game population"

 

I just copied the vehicle meta files form by backup and it works correctly now

 

It's hard to say, but try your best to remember what was the last thing you did to your game before this started occurring
