The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

In OpenV I have been through all of the patch days and cannot find any labeled police. I am trying to install the 2016 sheriff tahoe and I can't seem to figure it out. I was going to rename it too Police2 but then in OpenV there is an extra file that it doesnt have called police2+hi

Just put it in the latest patch update (patch14 i think, if not, just put it in patch 13), don't delete any files, that'll screw you up! Good luck!
