Tell that to Malmo, and every other major city in Sweden right now.

I have a friend over in Sweden who tells me he won't step foot into some cities, and even with some cities he would the enclaves spread crime throughout the rest of the city.

Singapore have always been recognized by the world's as one of the safest country in the world. Where you can go out at night feeling safe too. Because Singapore have low crime rate. However Singaporean always took thing for granted. The Singapore police have this line for public  " low crime doesn't mean no crime"

there is still crime but less

Singaporean have this saying, don't commit crime in singapore. Because you will be caught. You can run but you can't hide. All suspect normally be caught withthin 1-3 day commonly.

not true at all. more law means more people breaking the law. trust me I live in Iceland where everything is a law.  also in Singapore it's corrupt police.. they do not care if you are innocent or not. if they think you did something you did it... that's not good thing..
