Yep, I play on a similar system (i5-6600k instead of i7), all max settings - my FPS does take a hit going from x4 AA to x8 AA in the GTA settings panel though, so keep that in mind if you were wanting max AA, but x4 with a second type of AA (don't run all three types of AA in GTAV) still looks amazing.
