The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Simple question, but how do I make the ELS blue lights reflect off of the buildings and such in the front of my car? It does it in the back but I'd like to make it reflect off of the front objects as well

Go into the vehicle's VCF and under MISC there should be a line that says:

 

<VehicleIsSlicktop>true</VehicleIsSlicktop>

 

Change that line from true to false and it should cast lights in all directions instead of mostly behind.
