The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Guys, come on. If the car works and the ELS hud works, it's not the damn mods folder / ELS.  It obviously doesn't toggle the HUD on NON-ELS cars.   Make sure you have PostFX Settings
