If you have a controller, use 'A'.  You can also rebind the 'lean forward' key.  Otherwise, the blip vehicle button cannot be changed,

I deleted it in cars/bikes/boats, remapped it to numpad0, tried ctrlr A..nuthin worked. whatd I do wrong??

ya know what? I put in Thehurk's BMW 1200RT, an that takes vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta changes, its probably not configured right in there somewhere. Now I cant try with regular GTA police bike. can som1 try with that?

I did manage to delete Lshift and keep the secondary, numpad8 and blip w Lshift still doesn't work, and hes not leaning fwd though.

I have successfully pulled people over with that bike before. Not the CHP version released in his most recent pack, though.  Check the vehicles.meta.  It might not have FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT.

Did you just now install this pack?  I ask because I installed it today (the standalone/add on version if it), and checking my meta for HWAYCAR7, the bike, it has the appropriate tags.  So I'm not sure why yours doesn't.  Add these to the <flags> section and you'll be good.

look up above- no flag for emergency an hes got hillbillies  driving it, lol, what a foked up file for people. it worked for rider positon though, and the carvariations for lights.

Im editing my 'modded' vehicles.meta with that flag an don't spawn in car gen, an hwy cop driver, ill let ya know-

That's...very strange. All of my files are fine.  I'll have to redownload both versions of his mod and see if that was a mistake on his part.

I added law_enforcement, and don't spawn in car gen, an hwy cop driver, and put it in, started game an same thing, even reset controls to default. does your guy lean fwd when blip'ing people? an it still works with lean fwd also?

well, usually its ok if two keys clash in this game, like 8 for wep and call to pick up an arrest, so its not a key prob, anyways I dealt with that.

ITS HIS dam foked up vehicles.meta line. LOOK! flags don't have law_enforcement or hwy cop driver like the original as I showed above.

only thing I can do now is put back in original vehicles.meta and put up with wrong seating position and try the blip, try to figure out why even though I added law_enforcement to flags it still don't work. and I did get right on their ass an tried many times with lshift and alternate numpad8, re-assigning, deleting..etc..

I made the addon so I cleaned up the vehicles.meta for the bike. I can't remember what I did aside from change the driver and maybe add some flags.

 

Here is the meta from the addon (I edited in policeb for you). You should be able to do pullovers with this.

Later EDIT- btw the original had a <rewards> line, is that for the stuff u get in trunk?..medkit,vest,carbine, like this-

Did the stock Game police bike have that capability?. Its not in the line you gave me or the line I had with bike. BUT its in original. wth?

tried 'search' at rear of bike..he didn't even attempt to search. If we put that rewards line in, could we get that stuff from rear of bike? or that's not what <rewards> is about?
