thanks for seeing my TOPIC & tryna help me 

first problem i have that ELS box is not appearing even duh the els is working by (k, l , j) keys & i tried ctrl p & U,I,Y === nothing happens its even appears pause menu.... 

second problem  ; i am playing  normal through original  CD game not steam , how do i find the place to change carcols.meta & carvariations.meta !!

PLZ TELL ME THE PATH CORRECTLY CUZ MY GAME WILL CRASH\\

1) Go into ELS's INI, look for "TogInfoPanl =", change to 85. Now CTRL U will open it.

Unfortunately I do not.  I use the Steam version.

 

Could check documents-->Rockstar Games.

I FOUND IT ON videos , i found the vocal dispatch is saying error & missing autoltx3_64 .dll ?

do you know how to fix it??

Did you actually install vocal dispatch?

yes as read me file say but the troubleshooter said i miss this file !!

I'm not sure what that file is that it needs.  I recently installed Vocal Dispatch as well.  Try checking some of the comments for vocal dispatch, someone may say it.

Whenever I can't find a file I alway do a search with OPENIV using control f3

iam also not able to install new siren every time i choose one siren & i try to install as readme file & it work as first 3 sirens only like horn & prim & second. & no hi lo or priority !!
