The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Could someone upload the latest RHP files?

In future please don't ask for files (whether it be original game files or RagePlugin files) it's against the Community Guidelines to hand them out. If a website is down then be patient and wait until it's back up.
