yeah i can hear everything else the game and everything i just cant never hear dispath talking in calls......

I tried replacing the original files from lspdfr.com still not working.

whenever a callout pops up your supposted to hear dispath talking and i don´t.

Control if you have this folder "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\Police Scanner", maybe your directory is different.

this is what i have

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\Police Scanner

Send a Screenshot of the folder and lists your plugins.

The folder should be like this.
