Why do long sleeves LSSD and SAHP uniforms have no shoulder radio in EUP?

When I play as my personal character in EUP, and I put on a long sleeved uniform, only the LSPD one has shoulder radio as extra, while LSSD and SAHP don't. Is it a EUP bug? Please let me know. Thanks.

    i dont remember how alex set it up in the current version, but in the next release the lssd and sahp should both have shoulder mics, which can be toggled on/off
