This new version 1.5 wheres the khorio.xml file go that's in the update manager folder in the plugins folder in the rar file?

cause I cant figure it out and get it to work in game- you gotta tell stupid people like me specifically exactly plainly WHERE DF everything goes. does this 1.5 ver even work cause the rednecks!.dll file has an apostrophe at end, and the rednecks.ini doesn't.

pls does any1 have Rednecks! callout? Ive never seen a xml file in a callouts d/l before and it doesn't work where does that xml go?? I want to play it
