I have a problem with LSPDFR I have downloaded LSPDFR and all files in the haubtverzeichnes done plus the ragehook the problem is there is no plugin loaded and when I launch the ragehook I come for the first time in the game and then not hook game comes from the ragehook could process. Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus.

Try running RPH as an administrator, this happened to me once before and that fixed my issue. This is generally caused by what is stated, either insufficient permissions to run the game, or it's due to your anti-virus. Try running as administrator first, RPH may give you a notice about this but just ignore it. If that doesn't work, try disabling your anti-virus or add an exception to see if that helps. Hope this helps get you running.

i have the same thing

 

Looking a little further I found that some people have this issue due to the main game folder name, not sure if this could be either of your cases, but the main folder name under your program files should be "Grand Theft Auto V", not any other variations - If you got GTA through steam, you wouldn't need to worry about this unless you changed it. Other than that, I'd suggest also posting on the RPH forums and here's a link with others that have the same issue.
